  1. Definitions “Platform” means our private web application, dashboards, tools, calculations, reports, and related services made available to approved users. “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform. “Content” means any information, text, data, calculations, outputs, charts, metrics, reports, or materials provided or displayed through the Platform.

  2. Acceptance By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

  3. Private, invitation-only access (no public registration) The Platform is not a public service. Accounts are created manually by the Owner for approved clients only. Self-registration is not available. We may approve, refuse, suspend, or revoke access at our sole discretion, including for security, compliance, operational, or risk reasons.

  4. Account security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at cfojumpcm@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access, compromise, or misuse.

  5. Permitted use and prohibited conduct You may use the Platform only for your internal, personal and/or client relationship purposes as authorized by us.

You must not, and must not attempt to: (a) access data, tables, views, APIs, endpoints, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access; (b) bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, row-level security (RLS), role controls, rate limits, or any security mechanism; (c) scrape, harvest, or extract data in bulk; or use automated means that degrade performance or compromise confidentiality; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models beyond what is expressly provided; (e) introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, probe vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with security or availability; (f) use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

  1. No execution, no brokerage connectivity, no signals The Platform provides dashboards and tools only. It does not execute trades, does not connect to brokers to place orders on your behalf, and does not provide trade signals or instructions.

  2. NO investment advice / NO offer or solicitation 7.1 No advice Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any other regulated advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and risk management.

7.2 No offer or solicitation Any references to strategies, instruments, funds, “JUMP FUND”, “JUMP X”, portfolios, NAV, performance, or similar are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer, solicitation, or invitation to buy or sell any securities or financial products in any jurisdiction. Any offering, if any, would be made only pursuant to formal offering documents and subject to applicable law.

  1. Performance, projections, forward-looking statements, and data limitations 8.1 Past performance Past performance is not indicative of future results. Returns, NAV, and performance figures displayed on the Platform may be volatile and may reflect periods of atypical market conditions. You should not assume that any performance shown will be repeated.

8.2 Hypothetical / simulated / backtested results (if shown) The Platform may include hypothetical, simulated, modelled, or backtested performance. Such results have inherent limitations, are not based on actual trading in all cases, and may understate the impact of market factors (including liquidity, slippage, spreads, execution constraints, and transaction costs) and behavioural factors. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

8.3 Forward-looking statements The Platform may include “forward-looking statements” and projections. Forward-looking statements are not historical facts and may be identified by words such as “expect”, “anticipate”, “believe”, “estimate”, “plan”, “target”, “project”, “may”, “will”, “could”, “intend”, “should”, or similar expressions (and their negatives). Forward-looking statements are inherently subject to risks, uncertainties, and assumptions, many of which are beyond our control. They are not guarantees of future performance and may differ materially from actual results. You should not place undue reliance on them.

8.4 Third-party and internal data The Platform may include statistical data, estimates, forecasts, and other information based on third-party publications or publicly available sources, as well as internal sources. Such information involves assumptions and limitations. We do not independently verify all third-party data and make no representation as to its accuracy or completeness. We do not undertake to update such data or statements.

  1. Data integrity, calculations, and errors Outputs, metrics, and calculations may depend on inputs, assumptions, market data, and models that can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unsuitable for your circumstances. We do not guarantee correctness, timeliness, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying outputs and using independent judgment.

  2. Availability, “AS IS” / “AS AVAILABLE”, and warranty disclaimer To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices/browsers/environments.

  3. Limitation of liability (aggressive) To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. (b) We will not be liable for losses arising from reliance on any Content, calculations, projections, performance figures, or statements, including any investment losses or decisions. (c) We will not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party infrastructure providers or service providers (including hosting, databases, authentication, email delivery, or data services).

Total liability cap: Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us for access to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, our total aggregate liability is limited to GBP 1 (one pound sterling), or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under law (including, where applicable, liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence to the extent it cannot be excluded).

  1. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Platform; (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.

  2. Suspension and termination We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have breached these Terms, pose a security risk, or if continued access may create legal, regulatory, or operational risk. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

  3. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the updated version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

  4. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory protections apply.
